June 1- Nov 1 of Senior Year are the most critical months of preparing for college.
August 1 - College apps OPEN
November 1 - Deadline for most Merit Scholarships (scholarships given by the school based on GPA & ACT/SAT scores)
Students & Parents will attend interactive working sessions
Plan school year & Set Goals (June)
Find and apply for Scholarships (June - April)
Explore the cost to attend college & options to pay for it (June- July)
Research colleges & understand the college application process (June -July)
Write College Essays & Request Teacher Recommendation Letters (July-August)
Submit college apps (August- November)
Understand & choose your college & financial package (April - May)
Prepare for First Year in College (May- June)
